AYA RETREAT in SPAIN, GARROTXA REGION
This retreat took place in the heart of Garrotxa region, just 2 hours from Barcelona, in very energetic venue, La Masia el Puig. We welcomed 10 guests, who enjoyed daily vinyasa flow yoga session, lifestyle sessions with our private coach Ruth Brigandi, morning guided meditation with our Boudhist monk, alternative treatments & therapies, and just a peaceful and quiet environment to disconect from their daily routine.
