During our lifestyle event that will take place at the Cali Gallery in Barcelona, guests will be able to attend a 1 hour Vinyasa Yoga class in a gallery surrounded by street art with the basics of a mindful practice to get out your inner creativity, and Audrey, a certified yoga teacher, will be guiding a power session to feel re-energises and show you some simple body & breathing exercices to include into your daily life.
On the other hand, Ruth Brigandi, lifestyle coach, will discuss around a healthy breakfast at the gallery, about morning routines that will help you start the day from another point of view.
