We are all cyclic, every morning we wake up, and our day will be different. Not better or worse, just different.
As women, our menstrual cycles & the lunar cycles both affects our moods, needs, desires , energy level and the way we feel according to different situations.
A good way of connecting to our heart is always to write our thoughts in a diary, but more than that writing down every morning how you feel according to what stage of your cycle you are, will help you understand patterns & situations.
We start on the first day of our cycle at D1, note the date of registration and start writing:
Your physical feelings (Pain, fatigue, well-being ...)
Your emotions (anger boredom, joy, serenity)
Your needs (Being alone, want to create, need to stay at home, sleep)
Your intuitions.
Your desire and not sexual desire
Your cravings (of dishes, of perfume clothes).
And let's see month after month how everything takes shape.
